The latest surveys of social media usage by HR Directors and hiring authoriities demonstrates the need to be part of the top four:  Linkedin, Facebook, MySpace and Ning.  9 out of 10 check Linkedin, so if you have to limit yourself to one, this should be the one.  Plus, it&#039;s entirely focused on business, career, and jobs.
